Filling out the application form
- Upon completion of your appointment reservation, the system will allow you to view all your reservations, and fill out your application form in advance (You will need to print it out and bring it with you on your appointment.
- The applications available are the comprehensive immigration application form, the visa issuance application form, and the domestic residency notification form. Buttons for filling them out will only become active if the window you’ve selected can handle the application.
- Clicking on “Fill application” will take you to the application form.
- You can review the details of your application or print them out from the My page>Appointment Reservation.
