Confirm status of application

After submitting your application, you can navigate to My page> Manage e-Application to view the list of applications that you’ve submitted. Clicking on the application number from the list will bring up a detailed information about that application.

Service Charge Refunds

If your application is rejected for any reason, you will see a “Service charge refund” button at the bottom of that application’s details page.
Check the service charge information from the resulting screen and click on the “Request refund”button to have service charge for that application refunded.

Issuance of receipt/permit

Depending on the status of your application, you can have an on-line receipt/permit issued to you from the details page of the given application.
