e-Application
① General guide Allows you to view the full list of immigration and employment related applications. Here, you can read detailed information about each application, and for the applications that are available online, you can also submit them from here if you’re logged in
② File application Allows you to view the list of all ONLINE applications that are available from Hi Korea portal service system, and read detailed information about them. If you’re logged in, you can also submit any application from this list. Applications can only be submitted from 07:00 to 18:00 during weekdays (They will not be received on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays). Once you’ve submitted an application, you can only cancel it within the same day.

③ Confirm issuance Check the approval status of your on-line applications.

① Reserve appointments Allows you to view the list of immigration offices that you can set up an appointment from online. You can check the dates/time slots that they have available, and reserve an appointment if you wish.
② Past appointments Allows you to view the list of all appointments that you had reserved through Ministry of Justice’s e-Application system (if applicable).
③ Status of applications (visit only) Allows you to check the progress of all applications that you’ve submitted in person.

② Register business partner Only available to users that are logged in. Changes to [Manage investment intentions/proposal] upon log in.
③ Management Allows you to manage investment intentions/proposals, and export/import of technology.
④ Incoming/Outgoing List of investment intentions/proposals that you’ve received or sent out. You can also view each item in detail.
⑤ Corporation Can manage basic corporate info, inquiries, corporate stockholders lineup, financial information, product lineup, and corporate details.
⑥ Investment information Allows you to view investment related news, events, templates and published materials provided at http://www.investkorea.org.

④ Recruitment(Foreign students) Foreign students can view recruitment opportunities. If you are a business member, you can register your own recruitment information, after you confirm that you have recruitment insurance.
⑤ Employment(Foreign students) Business members can view employment applications submitted by foreign students.
⑥ Survey You can participate in online survey being conducted, or view its results.
